Reef Racket LLC ships on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The Cut-off time for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM PST. Once your order is placed, someone will reach out to you via email or phone call to arrange a shipping date. We ship UPS Next Day Air ONLY. If your order is delayed and results in a loss, please contact us immediately. Do NOT throw away your corals without taking pictures with time stamps included. If you need us to hold the coral for you, we can do so for up to one week. If no shipping date is confirmed after one week, the order will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Signatures are not required but someone MUST be home to receive the package to ensure the best survival rate and qualify for a DOA.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
In the unfortunate event of a DOA, the corals will be replaced if they are in stock at no extra charge, with the exception of shipping costs. If the coral that is lost is not in stock, the price of the coral will be fully credited to your Reef Racket account. Shipping is nonrefundable. In order for the coral to qualify for store credit or to be considered DOA, a photo must be taken of the specimen inside its original shipping container with no signs of tampering. This means there can be no evidence of the shipping container being opened. The photo must be taken within 2 hours of the delivery time provided by the carrier. The photo must contain time stamps to prove when it was taken.
