The Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp (Lysmata Amboinensis) is a great addition to any saltwater aquarium! Its cleaning of ectoparasites and dead tissue on other fish in the aquarium is unmatched by any other inhabitant. Watching this is one of the most interesting and fun relationships we can see when owning a reef tank!

Tank Size: A tank size of 20 gallons is recommended.
Water Parameters: Maintain a temperature of 72-78°F (22-26°C), a pH level between 8.1-8.4, and a specific gravity of 1.024-1.026.
Feeding: Cleaner Shrimp are carnivores and will eat meaty foods such as mysis and brine shrimp.
Compatibility:Cleaner Shrimp are peaceful and compatible with Reef Safe Fish and Inverts but avoid keeping them with large predatory species that can eat them.
